Internationally acclaimed pianist and American University’s musician-in-residence, Yuliya Gorenman is undertaking a monumental project performing Bach’s keyboard works. Rarely heard in its entirety in a single concert, Bach’s timeless masterpiece, The Well-Tempered Clavier, Book II, has thrilled, challenged, and inspired artists and audiences for almost three centuries.
The Abramson Family Recital Hall is located in the AU Katzen Arts Center, 4400 Massachusettes Ave., NW, Washington DC, 20016
Parking is available in the Katzen Garage (located under the building, off Massachusettes Ave.). Patrons may pay for parking on level 1 (P1) using their license plate number. Rates are $2 per an hour, M-F, 7am-5pm. Parking is free on weekends and weekday evenings after 5pm.
It is recommended to purchase tickets in advance. Performances often sell out quickly.
